Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City to Ben Tre.
8.00 am our guide will take you out of town on an approx. 2hrs drive to Cai Lay where you start biking and enjoy a leisurely, two-hour bicycle ride on peaceful country lanes and quiet roads that pass through local villages and along canals. This offers you several stops on the route seeing seasonal fruits at the tropical plantations such as rambutan, durian, longan, jackfruit, etc… perhaps watching farmers harvesting peanuts, visiting a coconut candy factory, a puffed rice factory, stopping at a market to buy fruit, etc…
We will have a great photo opportunity at Cai Be Catholic Church, built in 1929-1932, with its unique steeple atop.
We board our boat for a visit to the floating market and cruise over the Mekong river to Tan Phong island where we have a small sampan paddling on natural waterways, see the tropical gardens on this island, then we keep on to a lunch place.
Lunch will be served by Mekong Rustic in Tan Phong.
After lunch, we cycling on small paths under the green canopy alongside the canal, mostly shared with just pedestrians, other local cyclists, and scooters, to discover the rambutan and longan gardens around, see the daily life of farmers. Ferry crossing to Ngu Hiep island, we keep cycling on this special durian land, just passing Ngu Hiep main market. We get a ferry crossing to Tam Binh market where have a coffee break. Then we cycle back to orchards again to Vinh Kim, the area of milk fruit tree (aka. canto fruit). Passing Vinh Kim market, we continue along Rach Gam River to the monument of Rach Gam-Xoai Mut victory.
In here your tour guide will tell you the history the battle of Quang Trung King against the Siam navy troop in 1785. Then we are biking on the main road to Binh Duc where we take a ferry to Thoi Son Island. Overnight at a local homestay.

Day 2: Ben Tre to Tra Vinh.
After breakfast, we start cycling on country roads alongside river, seeing daily life of the locals, of Mekong on our way, to visit local workshops making various products from coconut that Ben Tre is famous for, such as coconut candy, coconut pandanus waffle, sponge cake, etc…. Continue our ride downtown for lunch.
We have lunch on the beach, Co Bung feeling lost on winding roads under the green coconut canopy. We also pass Ham Luong River, a branch
After lunch, take your time to swim. Then we bike to Tra Vinh. In the afternoon we bike through the rice field. There are some small routes lined with expansive rice fields and dragon fruit farm on your way. You can discuss with your guide for extra cycling road. It’s a chance to stop and walk to the rice field or dragon fruit farm. Overnight in Hotel

Day 3: Tra Vinh - Soc Trang to Can Tho.
After breakfast, we start to bike for this day, keep going on the countryside road, and pass many villages reaching the special pagoda, one of the most important places for Buddhism people in here. Following the visiting this pagoda we will have lunch at the local restaurant.
Afternoon, we riding a bike on the side of Hau River to reaching Can Tho. Our guide knows the best off-road and trail for this afternoon biking.
After one day biking under the sun, we will relax on the pier of Hau river with a local beer watching the life of the local.

Day 4: Can Tho to Ho Chi Minh City.
Today is the last day in bike but it is so easy, because we have time cruise in Hau river to Mekong Rustic in Phong Dien.
At 5:00. We take a boat trip to enjoy Cai Rang floating market, early cruise in the morning to see this bustling floating market with seasonal fruits and local products. After visiting market, we back hotel for breakfast.
Then we have a long cruise & walk on a quiet country road to take in the magnificent scenery and get close to the locals as they go about their daily routine. Our cruise ended up at Phong Dien town where we bike to Mekong rustic for lunch.
After lunch, we drive back to Ho Chi Minh City
